Available from july 15th
Longterm stay (1 year+)
The rent is 6,343 dkk.

Moving in requires 3 months deposit + 3 months prepaid rent
All rent is all inclusive (heating, electricity, internet, common cleaning). A part of the rent goes to common dinners and budgets to initiate fun events to do together🧡
What you get other than a room located right in front of the central station:
✅An international group of 20 cool, like-minded roomies spread over 4 apartments, from Denmark and abroad.
✅Access to all four apartments from our collective + our courtyard.

We are looking for people aiming for a long-term stay (1 year+).

The rooms are:
22.8sqm - kr. 7,903
13.5 sqm - kr. 6,309
