In just one week, changemakers from across Europe will arrive to Copenhagen for UNLEASH Europe Innovation Lab.

Each one arrives with their own background, their own perspective, and their own reason for caring about the future of European cities. And for one week, they'll share a city, a challenge, and a goal: to reimagine the continent’s built environment, together.

Ever wondered how Talents develop a solution during the Innovation Lab? 👀

During the week, teams move through every stage of the Innovation Methodology, from framing a problem to planning a real-world launch.

Every team receives their own set of UNLEASH Activity Cards, packed with hands-on activities, step-by-step instructions, and prompts that help teams think creatively about the challenge they're trying to solve.

Through the Activity Cards, big, complex problems turn into clear, tangible solutions, by mapping user journeys, brainstorming bold ideas, or pressure-testing a prototype, amongst other exercises. And Facilitators are there at every step to guide teams, answer questions, and support their progress!

When you step into a room full of people you have never met, from places you have never been, all gathered around the same table for the same reason, something powerful happens. A shared purpose has a way of breaking down every barrier, every difference, and every uncertainty, turning a room full of strangers into something much greater.

Meet some of the Talents stepping into an experience of a lifetime (if we can say so!), each one arriving with a shared belief that Europe's built environment can be reimagined.

No two cities are the same. Neither are the people building them 🏗️

UNLEASH Talents are here to reimagine Europe's built environment. From the permafrost of Greenland to the Greek archipelago, the forests of Finland and the coastlines of Azerbaijan, Talents from across the continent are coming together, each bringing a perspective shaped by where they come from, how their cities are built, and what sustainability looks like in their part of Europe.

In just a few weeks, all of those perspectives will meet in one room. Strangers will become teammates, and the diversity of a continent will be the foundation for solutions that could reshape Europe's built environment.

We are excited to introduce some of the incredible Talents that are ready to reimagine Europe's built environment. From architects and urban planners to activists and researchers, these Talents bring different stories, different expertise, and different ways of seeing the world.

Unlocking the potential of Europe's cities requires ambition and creativity, and if we want to make them truly innovative, we need to have all perspectives sit at the table. That's what UNLEASH Europe is all about: youth from all over the continent, representing all walks of life, coming together for a shared purpose.

There would be no UNLEASH without Facilitators ✨

Facilitators support Talents as they explore challenges, work in teams, test ideas, and move through the UNLEASH Innovation Methodology.

During our programs, they help create the conditions for collaboration: asking the right questions, encouraging reflection, and making space for different perspectives to meet.

For UNLEASH Europe, Facilitators are UNLEASH Alumni who come with experience in the built environment, but also with the energy and understanding of what the journey ahead looks like.

We're so excited to see them in action in a couple of months!
