It's a simple, eye-opening exercise to evaluate what you already own, what you actually wear, and how you can make more mindful fashion choices going forward.

✅ 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵:
- Bring out everything – Yes, even what’s in storage! Sort items into tops, bottoms, outerwear, accessories, etc.
- Document your items – Track the type, color, condition, and how often you wear them.
- Reflect – Ask: Do I wear this? Do I love it? Would I buy it again?
- Set goals – Repair instead of replace, swap with friends, or go on a “no new clothes” challenge.

💡 By getting to know what’s already in your closet, you can reduce impulse buys, spot your style patterns, and start making fashion choices that are better for both people and planet.
