For over 30 years, we have lived under a system that has failed us. A system built not on merit or unity, but one that has been deeply fractured by tribalism and division.
She had the courage to say what many know but few dare to speak aloud: this system is broken. And the most troubling part is—not that people are unaware—but that they are fully aware. Most people see the injustice. Most people want change.
So the real shame is not ignorance. The real shame is the silence. The acceptance. The normalization of dysfunction.
We cannot keep pretending we don’t see what’s in front of us. The time for silence has passed. If we truly want change, we must confront the truth, reject division, and demand better—for ourselves, and for the generations to come
