Today, it’s a vibrant community celebrating culture, supporting newcomers & uniting students, families & professionals in Denmark. Kannathasan Pandian in 2009, with a vision to provide a platform for Indian community in Denmark to come together as well as help newcomers by providing them with the necessary information to have a successful start in Denmark. It was in response to the growing need fo

r a platform to interact with other Indians and to celebrate Indian festivals together. There was also a sudden surge in demand, since the advent of Green Card, for help in settling down and integrating with local community. IID was thus born to fulfill this need. In little over a year, IID has evolved as the largest Indian network in Denmark, with over 5000 registered members. It has organized several cultural events, festivals and networking activities.
