You can help avoid wildfires by following these 5 tips

✅ Keep a distance from trees, bushes and the like if you open fire
✅ Only use open fire in calm weather
✅ Never park your car in tall, dry grass

DSB announced the sale of Travel Passes starts on 1 June at 10, where you can choose 8 consecutive travel days in the following periods:

• Saturday 24 June - Friday 21 July
• Monday 31 July - Sunday 20 August

The price for the Travel Pass is DKK 399 for adults and DKK 199 for children. If you travel as an 'adult', you can take two children under the age of 12 for free. One child may bring one child under 12 free of charge.

NEW MOBILE-BASED PUBLIC WARNING SYSTEM

NATIONAL TEST - On Wednesday May 3rd we will be testing S!RENEN and the physical warning sirens with sound.

What is S!RENEN?
S!RENEN is Denmark’s mobile-based public warning system. Authorities are now able to transmit alerts directly to your mobile phone if you are in an area where many people are exposed to danger. S!RENEN has a distinct sound and vibration that clearly differs from text messages and push notifications.

It is not an app, and you don't need to download anything. Most likely your phone can already receive warnings from S!RENEN.

If you hear S!RENEN on your mobile phone, you should follow the instructions immediately: STOP. READ. REACT.

The mobile-based public warning system adds to Denmark’s existing public warning systems. It is a supplement intended to future-proof our ability to warn the public. S!RENEN is implemented in accordance with an EU directive.
