Category 1 - Call for Scores
🏆 Jonas Gerhard Færgeman - Kvalme
His piece for the AUT ensemble is based on Jean-Paul Satre's novel La Nausée, which deals with the subject of meaninglessness. Jonas will write the piece based on workshops with the ensemble.
The AUT ensemble are very much looking forward to work with Jonas and perform his piece in 2027

🏆 Bigum+Björge - METANOIA
METANOIA is an expanded cinema concert with light, sound, cinema and performance art all together. METANOIA had its premire at Berlinale Forum Expanded in 2026.
Bigum+Björge are based in Berlin, but found their way into art and music in Aarhus. We are so excited to have them back!
Category 3 - New Project
🏆 Fredrik Degrér - (Ingen Dans på Roser (Men Jag Försöker))
A theatic music performance with/about the pseudo-fictional band Ken & De Andra. We will experience their final performance with the swedish dansband. It starts out as a convetional dansband concert with polyestersuits and smell of dishwashing detergent, but as it goes on, Ken starts to questioning their existential roles as dansband musicians...
