Between 23rd - 30th June we had a team of young people from in Finland for a youth exchange of creativity and art. We met at their place and facilitated some workshops for the young people there.
The team also got to experience the city of Oulu and meet other cultural institutions and organisations.
A rich week of experiences and activities in Finland.

Democracy Reloading is a strategic partnership between National Agencies across Europe.
The project aims to better the opportunities of young people in the decision making process and advocates for youth driven policies. By inviting members of municipal institutions and actors within the public sector, we were able to discuss, network and share good practises of engaging young people in the society.

We took part in a training course hosted in the mountain side of Portugal and learned a lot of different strategies and struggles from youth workers in similar positions.

Between 13th - 21st June we had a representative at the training course "Power, Relations & Communication" to learn more about the connection of these in the modern democracy.
Gathering people from 5 different countries to discuss and explore the topics and develop new competences to implement with young people.

A 2 year CERV project has been concluded.
Our representative took part in the final conference in Haninge, Sweden, where all partners discussed the final outcome of the "Building Societies without Racism"

Municipalities from 15 different countries has taken part in the project to create a more inclusive society. It has been a learningfull experience and a lot of new ideas and inspiration to continue combatting racism.

Between 14th -22nd May our team went to the country side of Romania in the village of Bicâcel.
Here Experiment Teatru Clandestin welcomed them for a youth exchange on the topic of democracy!
Meeting other young people from Armenia and Ukraine brought a cultural experience to the team.
Through discussions and activities of non-formal education the team were able to expand their perception of democracy and European sense of belonging. The project was funded by the programme of the European Union.

Between 16th - 24th April our team went to Italy to take part in the youth exchange "Art Me Up" with the aim of learning tools to use creativity to help finding peace in your mental state.

They went through a series of different workshops of creative expressions, and got to meet young people from different countries in Europe.

Project was hosted by Associazione Joint Milano and funded through the Erasmus+ programme

In January we had a representative in Finland for a Salto-Youth training hosted by the Finnish National Agency!
We learned new tools to use in our youth work and got to network with other organisations across Europe.
