A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Guardian of Europe last Friday. Your energy, enthusiasm, and competitive spirit made the night unforgettable.

We had amazing contestants, a fantastic audience, and so much fun that we’ll be talking about for a long time. This event wouldn’t have been possible without you.

What a wonderful and cozy evening! ✨

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us for European Evening. An evening centred around an important question: What does it mean to belong in Europe?

Through the art exhibition and our communal painting, everyone had the opportunity to leave their own stroke - creating something together. A beautiful reminder that a community is something we create together, with each person bringing their own colour and contribution.

A very special thank you to our wonderful artists Jingyu Wang, Kristian Rafn, Jerwin Jørgensen, Anitha, Xinyue Wang and Valeria Rizzo, who brought the room to life with their incredible artpieces.
Thank you to the amazing Mille Frihauge, whose atmospheric songs in both Danish and English created the perfect soundtrack for an evening of connection.

We are greatful to HYGGEVIN, Budolfi Vin and EuroMix Nørresundby EuroMix Nørresundby for giving us the opportunity to connect over good w**e, new conversations and shared experiences. And a special thank you to POKE & ROLL for providing a delicious sushi dinner for our guests.

Heartwarming thank you to the AMIS volunteers (Nefeli, Camilla and Kristyna and Anais) that dedicated their time and effort to make this event possible ❤️.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came and made the evening what it was. For a few hours, we shared a space, shared our creativity, shared w**e and music. Because sometimes, belonging begins with simply having a place where we can come together.

We hope to create many more memories like this in Aalborg. If you would like to help us create more events and community spaces like this, consider becoming a member and supporting our work.

We are exited to introduce our partners for ✨the w**e tasting part ✨ of the European Evening event.

Budolfi Vin, a cozy w**e cellar at Budolfi Plads, provided us with a selection of quality w**es from different European regions. Among them is Tierra Hispana 3 Roble, a Spanish red w**e made from Garnacha grapes and aged in oak barrels.

HYGGEVIN, a natural w**e shop in central Aalborg, brought us handcrafted w**es from some of Italy’s most talked-about natural w**emakers. We’ll be tasting, among others, Sampagnino Sulle Bucce, a vibrant natural white w**e with ripe yellow-fruit notes.

EuroMix Nørresundby , an international shop specialising in products from Eastern Europe, has helped us bring even more European variety to the table, providing w**es from Bulgaria, Georgia and Romania.

Together, our partners are helping us turn the w**e tasting into a true one-night journey through Europe.

MEET THE ARTIST: MYLI ✨
We’re excited to welcome MYLI (Mille Frihauge) to our European Evening!

A young Danish singer and songwriter, MYLI creates personal and honest music inspired by her own experiences: music that turns emotions into connection.

At just 20, she studies songwriting at MGK in Aalborg and has already performed at venues and events across Northern Jutland, including Sæby Festival, Way Up North, Nord Award and Studenterhuset Aalborg.

Now, she’s bringing her music to European Evening, where different people, stories and cultures come together through art and music❤️
