How can books become tools for social change? 📚✨

We just wrapped up our training course on anti-discrimination and bibliotherapy!

By combining anti-discrimination frameworks with creative writing and literature, we explored how stories can help youth process identity, challenge privilege, and build empathy.

Bibliotherapy in Youth Work: Learning how poetry therapy and expressive writing foster healing and self-reflection.

Thank you to everyone involved for such a Joyful and empowering experience! 💫

Breaking bread, building bridges 🌙✨

We had the honor of joining our partners at an unforgettable Iftar evening — a night filled with warmth, meaningful exchange, and shared stories across cultures.

Moments like these remind us how powerful coming together can be. Rooted in values of respect, dialogue, and community, organizations like Gemeinsam für Herne e.V. create spaces where people from all backgrounds can connect, learn from one another, and grow together.

Thank you for the invitation, the generosity, and the inspiring conversations. Here’s to many more evenings that bring us closer
