Wir freuen uns, dass wir an der Förderbar im Haus der Vielfalt teilnehmen konnten – einem inspirierenden Austauschformat, das engagierte Vereine und verschiedene Fördergeber*innen zusammenbringt. 🎉

Besonders wertvoll war für uns das Förder-Speeddating: In kurzen, direkten Gesprächen erhielten wir konkrete Hinweise, Beratung und wertvolle Impulse. Die offene und angenehme Atmosphäre hat den Austausch besonders bereichernd gemacht.

Außerdem hatten wir die schöne Gelegenheit, eine neue Organisation kennenzulernen und unser Netzwerk weiter auszubauen 🤝✨. Die neu entstandenen Kontakte geben uns wichtige Ansatzpunkte, um zukünftige Vorhaben weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam neue Wege zu gehen.

A chance to participate in multiple activities in the hosting organisation meeting center.

The volunteers will actively contribute to connecting local residents (including young people, seniors, and migrants) and community organizations, cultural groups, or NGOs.

- Supporting and co-organizing events, such as language cafés, intercultural evenings, thematic workshops, and networking meet-ups that encourage dialogue and cooperation.
- Facilitating communication, helping newcomers integrate, and promoting intercultural understanding through personal interaction and informal learning.
- support the marketing of the events and opportunities on social media and content creation (video concept for example) and participate in the hosting organization summer camps of 3 weeks with children.

Accomodation will be covered.

Candidate should be someone with artistic skills, singing or playing musical instruments for example.

The volunteers should be open and motivated to work with people, having interactions. They should also be interested in accompanying children and in animating events or workshop and should have good communications skills.

Being creative is a plus, maybe as well ideas for events and decorations.

A Basic knowledge of the German language if preferred.

The International Foundation for Y-PEER Development (IFYD) is inviting young people from four different countries (Bulgaria, Germany, Romania and Spain) to join the International Youth Exchange, „Living Diversity: Connecting Youth for Inclusion and Sustainability.

🎯 Who Can Join?
We’re looking 16 young people aged 18-30 years + 4 youth leaders living in four different countries of the project (Bulgaria, Germany, Romania and Spain), representing diverse social, economic, and cultural backgrounds, as well as varied living situations.

🌟 What’s the Aim?
We aim to create a platform that informs and raises awareness among young people, particularly those from disadvantaged groups, about inclusion, diversity, social cohesion, and integration. By developing their skills, knowledge, and attitudes, the project seeks to empower participants and inspire them to take meaningful action. Additionally, the project will incorporate eco-friendly practices, including nature-based activities, throughout the mobility phase.

🏷️ Costs:
Expenses, including flight tickets (up to Erasmus+ limits), local transport, and full board accommodation, are covered!
