✅Студенти кои се во последната фаза од нивните студии (ќе дипломираат во Август или Септември 2026 година);

✅Оние кои дипломирале не повеќе од 6 месеци пред крајниот рок за пријавување (31.08.2026)

✅Оние кои се на магистерски студии.

Што нудиме:

🔹Обуки за тоа како да ја пронајдете вашата работа од соништата (креирање CV,Motivation Letter и вашето прво интервју).

🔹15.000 денари месечно за период од 3-6 месеци

🔹Секаков вид на консултации за Практикантска работа и отварање на свој бизнис

🔹2 тренинг курса за тоа како да ја направите вашата практикантска работа успешна

☝️На располагање се 50 стипендии за 50 студенти (предност ќе имаат оние кои ќе приложат најдоби апликации и оние кои доаѓаат од семејства со ниски приходи).

We are pleased to share highlights from the Final Event of the Career Transition Support Program, successfully held on 12 May 2026.

The event brought together institutional representatives, partners, universities, companies, organizations, and young graduates to celebrate the successful completion of the program and the achievements of its participants. We were honored by the presence of Minister of European Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia Mr. Bekim Sali, H.E. Petra Drexler Ambassador of Germany to North Macedonia and Ms. Antje Wandelt Director of AHK North Macedonia.

The agenda included welcome speeches, a brief summary of the Development Partnership Programmes and the ceremonial awarding of certificates to 54 young graduates and participants of the Career Transition Support Programme, group photos, and a networking reception that created valuable opportunities for exchange and future cooperation.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all partners, speakers, institutions, and participants who contributed to making this event meaningful and successful.

Special congratulations to all graduates for their dedication, hard work, and successful completion of the program. We are proud to support young people in strengthening their professional skills and career opportunities, and we look forward to following their future achievements.

✨ Event Recap – Технички Факултет - Битола March 31, 2026✨

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending the Employment, Internship and Scholarship Fair – “TFB ”,

The event brought together students, high school participants, company representatives, and academic staff in a environment focused on career development and opportunities.

A special highlight was the opportunity for students and high school graduates to tour the faculty’s classrooms and laboratories, gaining first-hand experience of academic life and future study options.

On February 21 , 2026, we successfully hosted a one-day training on Pitching Entrepreneurial Ideas and ''Soft Skills Development'' in Skopje, North Macedonia! 🎉

With 29 enthusiastic participants from **North Macedonia and Kosovo**, the event focused on:
✅ Developing entrepreneurial intentions and pitching skills.
✅ Enhancing communication, time management, and workplace collaboration.
✅ Practical exercises like creating logos, web mock-ups, and crafting go-to-market strategies.

The positive energy, creativity, and collaboration during the day were inspiring! A big thank you to our amazing participants and trainers, Dr. Monika Arsova and Dr. Тамара Јованов , for making this event a success! 🌍✨

On **February 7th, 2026**, we gathered at **Hotel Kapri, Bitola** for **Module II Seminar**—a day filled with insights on **entrepreneurship, creative problem-solving, and communication skills for career building**.

Under the guidance of **Prof. Dr.Goce Markoski ** and **Prof. Dr. Elizabeta Tosheva**, participants explored key topics such as:

From 12–14 December 2025, we spent three amazing days learning, sharing ideas, and getting one step closer to our future careers 🚀
Here’s a quick recap of what went down:

🍽️ A friendly dinner followed by an interactive intro to the seminar

🧠 Discovering in-demand skills and finding the right career fit through fun, interactive activities
⏰ Learning how to manage time and tasks with practical career management models
🗣️ Improving communication skills for everyday life and the workplace – including a realistic job interview simulation

💡 A creative and innovative wrap-up:
✨ Hands-on tools for creative problem solving (brainstorming, SCAMPER, evaluation matrices)
📱 Digital marketing basics and how to build smart social media strategies
✍️ Practical exercises to turn ideas into action

From November 28nd to 30th, 2025, we successfully hosted the Module 1 Seminar at Hotel Kapri. This inspiring event brought together 27 young graduates from State Universities.

🌐 Day 1: Arrival and Welcome
The seminar began with a warm welcome dinner, offering participants the perfect opportunity to connect and network. The evening featured an overview of the seminar's objectives, setting a positive tone for the days ahead.

💼 Day 2: Building Professional Foundations
The second day was packed with impactful sessions focusing on personal and career growth:
Morning Highlights: An introductory session emphasized the importance of the activities ahead, followed by interactive career-planning discussions using the GROW model.
Afternoon Insights: Goal-setting took center stage with practical exercises and the SMART framework, along with individual SWOT analyses to support both personal and professional development.
The day ended with a reflective analysis of progress, reinforcing key learnings.

🤝 Day 3: Communication, Decision-Making, and Teamwork
The final day explored essential skills for professional success:
A recap ensured continuity in learning.
Participants engaged in activities focusing on communication, decision-making, and teamwork.
Conflict resolution exercises provided practical tools for real-world challenges.

The seminar concluded with a heartfelt summary of key takeaways and expressions of gratitude for the active participation of everyone involved.

Вчера (20 октомври 2025) поминавме ден исполнет со практични знаења и инспирација за тоа како да ги направиме првите чекори во нашата професионална кариера.

Студентите имаа можност да учествуваат во тренингот за подобрување на вештините за аплицирање, кој опфати четири интересни и корисни сесии:

📄 Дизајнирање на CV и мотивациско писмо – основни насоки и практични примери
💼 Како да се најдат практикантства– теоретски вовед и совети
🎤 Подготовка за интервју – интерактивна вежба
