WeigelWorld

WeigelWorld Weigelworld is one of the best places for research at the interface of plant biology, developmental genetics and evolutionary genomics.

Training the next generation of leaders in the field is very important to us. Many former members have established successful independent careers, and several have won major scientific prizes and awards. Among them are Kirsten Bomblies (Assistant Professor, Harvard), Jan Lohmann (Professor, Heidelberg University), Ilha Lee (Professor, Seoul University), Ove Nilsson (Professor and Director, Umeå Pl

ant Science Centre), and Philip Wigge (Group Leader, John Innes Centre). There are many exciting opportunities to perform cutting-edge work in the department, and we are always interested in hearing from undergraduates, PhD students and postdocs who want to be part of our team.
