The merciful LORD, creator of the world, the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham, Osaac, Jacob, and His Son, Jesus—Jeschua (meaning: God/Jahwe is help and salvation). HIS (the LORD’S) attention belongs to the weak, the children, the hungry, the orphans, the widows, the sick, the handicapped, the lonely, the minors, the prisoners, the suffering, the strangers (aliens), and the poor of the world. § 1 Name, Location, Incorporation, Business Year
1 The incorporated society has the name K.I.D.I. Kinder und Armenhilfe
2 The incorporated society will be registered. After registration the incorporated society will add “e.V.” to its name.
3 The incorporated society is located in Nuremberg.
4 The business year of the incorporated society is the calendar year.
§ 2 Purpose of the Incorporated Society
1 The incorporated society has the following purpose: world-wide charity and help for the needy and the poor, especially children and women.
2 This purpose will be realized through:
a procurement and ex*****on of sponsorships for poor and needy children (e.g. street urchins, orphans, impoverished children). Their quality of life will be improved decisively via sponsorships. (education, vocational training, proper nutrition, medical care, prevention, rearing, transfer of values)
b Support, development, help and sponsorships for other needy / suffering persons
(e.g. handicapped, women, families). c Support of other charity organizations, incorporated societies, and projects. d Practical help, transport of goods, medical services, mentoring, training. e Improvement of the infrastructure in developing countries, life concepts, projects for women, educational projects..
3 The incorporated society deals exclusively and directly with charitable purposes as described in paragraph "Steuerbegünstigte Zwecke" (Tax-privileged Purposes) of the Tax Code.
4 The incorporated society is unselfish; it does not aim at private economic purposes.
5 The means of the incorporated society may only be used fort he purposes stated in the statutes. Members of the incorporated society will not receive any grants or payments out of the means of the incorporated society as such.
6 Nobody may receive any advantage via spending not covered by the purpose of the incorporated society or inordinately high compensation.
§ 3 Institutions if the incorporated society are:
a) The managing committee with representative power acc. to § 26 BGB
b) The board of directors
c) The general meeting of members
