Thank you to everyone who joined us for LOCAL in Munich, and to our host for the space and support in bringing this experience to life.
With Heiko .leadership, we took the theme LOCAL inward, into the most local system we have: our own bodies. He chose presence over performance, live in front of all of us. The take-away wasn’t a framework. It was an invitation to lead from a body that knows, not a mind that performs. In an age of relentless outer expansion, returning to yourself may well become the essential skill of the future.
