Glad to announce: GRANSHAN Competition 2019 is open for entries now!
Be part of the 11th NON-LATIN TYPE DESIGN COMPETITION and submit your typeface by 15 July at the latest in nine script groups and three categories



To find the most excellent non-Latin typefaces in the world, more than 50 international, well-known script experts will judge the entries in a three-level-process.

The GRANSHAN Competition promotes the highest standards in typeface design quality. Under the chairmanship of Edik Ghabuzyan and Boris Kochan, the competition is judged by internationally recognized experts such as Chang S*k Kim, Gerry Leonidas, Dr Fiona Ross, Adi Stern and others.

ผลการประกวดรางวัล Granshan ครั้งที่ 9 ประจำปี ค.ศ. 2016 ซึ่งในปีนี้ได้แยกประเภทการประกวดออก เป็น 3 ประเภท โดยผลรางวัลในส่วนของหมวดแบบตัวอักษรภาษาไทยมีดังนี้

ประเภทที่ 1 : Non Latin (การออกแบบตัวอักษรที่ไม่ใช่แบบตัวอักษรละติน) หมวดภาษาไทย: รางวัลที่ 3 ได้แก่ แบบตัวอักษร "ดานวิเวก (Danvivek)" โดย คนัช อุยยามาฐิติ (Knaz Uiyamathiti) Knaz จาก Cadson Demak
(ไม่มีรางวัลที่ 1 และ 2)

ประเภทที่ 2 Non Latin - Latin (การออกแบบตัวอักษรกลุ่มที่ไม่ใช่แบบตัวอักษรละติน ควบคู่แบบตัวอักษรละติน) หมวดภาษาไทย-ละติน :
รางวัลที่ 2 ได้แก่ "พร้อม (Promt)" โดย ธนรัชฏ์ วชิรัคกุล (Thanarat Vachiruckul) Thanarat จาก Katatrad
รางวัลที่ 3 ได่แก่ "ครรภ์ทรักษา (Kantaraksa)" โดย ศศิกานต์ วงษ์อินทร์ (Sasikarn Vongin) Sasikarn จาก Cadson Demak
รางวัล Special Mention ได้แก่ "Intel Clear Thai" โดย Dalton Maag: Hanna Donker, Spike Spondike จากประเทศสหราชอาณาจักร
(ไม่มีรางวัลที่ 1)

ประเภที่ 3 Multiscript (การออกแบบตัวอักษรหลายภาษา) ในหมวดภาษาไทย -ไม่มีผู้ส่งเข้าประกวด

สำหรับนักออกแบบที่ได้ออกแบบชุดตัวอักษรภาษาไทย สามารถส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมประกวด GRASHAN AWARD 2016 ภายในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2559
ในปีนี้ได้เพิ่มประเภทการประกวดเป็น 3 ประเภท ได้แก่
1 Non-Latin
2 Non-Latin – Latin
3 Multiscript Non-Latin
