Tech School for Newcomers Newcomers are too often seen only as a problem within Europe. We do this by creating a tech school.

We want to prove that our new neighbors offer an opportunity for Europe to enrich its culture and empower its economy. We believe that every human being has the right to live up to their potential and to improve themselves. Our aim is to help Newcomers build and expand their qualification within the digital economy and provide them the opportunity to work with startups and tech companies.

Meet Socialbee, our Career Partner who is ReDI to make a difference.

🎉 Last Friday, the Digital Career Program Munich had its kick-off moment. Our event was not just about starting a new semester; it was about fostering connections, building a sense of belonging, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. 🥨

🏅 With the generous support of Machine Learning Reply as our location partner, we embarked on a journey to create an environment filled with fun, teamwork, healthy competition, and beautiful chaos. And guess what? We succeeded beyond our wildest plans! 🚀

👩‍💻👨‍💻 We're now starting a new chapter full of hope, care, and trust in the passion for tech of 163 students (66% female) and with respect and gratitude for the more than 80 dedicated volunteers providing invaluable skills, time, and love for teaching.

Exciting activities and amazing opportunities await everyone this spring: ReDI Lab projects with real clients, rich career learning paths with soft and work-related skills, mentoring and coaching opportunities, English speaking clubs for our Ukrainian students, and plenty of face-to-face meaningful time in the classrooms and on the ReDI campus.

💖 As we reflect on the impact of this kick-off event, we're filled with gratitude for the opportunity to bring our community together in person from the start and co-create a shared beginning.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event a memorable one. 🏔️ Here's to a semester filled with learning, growth, support, and endless possibilities! 🌟

BRIDGING THE DIGITAL GENDER GAP!

🌍 Join us, where 123 bright minds (including 106 inspiring females) from 28 countries thrive in our Digital Literacy Program in Munich! 🚀

Supported by 73 dedicated volunteers, we offer immersive learning in 3 languages: German, English, and Ukrainian, we offer schedules that accommodate caregivers, including training on Saturdays and on-site childcare, to make it easier for female beneficiaries to participate in the training.

Digital Literacy Program in Munich: We just can’t stop the celebration! 🌟

A semester filled with 119 talented students, including an impressive 114 phenomenal females, and achieving an outstanding 82% graduation rate — talk about breaking barriers! 💪

🌟 Breaking barriers at TUM Garching on January 20th, the ReDI School Munich team triumphed in the Lego League regional competition! 🏆

With 24 teams and 10 talented participants aged 9-16, our six-month journey of programming and designing the robot, research work, culminated in a surprising victory in the core values discipline (i.e. how the team works together and how it respects and treats each other). 🚀

As a result, we proudly brought the trophy home! 🎉

A big shout out to the courageous team from 5 nationalities and super coaches who supported them along the way.

One more celebration of this year achievements: Now at ReDI School Munich! 🚀

Last week, we celebrated our Demo Day, a very special day for us to showcase the incredible achievements of our Digital Career Program learners:

🎓 We had a total of 165 learners, including 105 outstanding females (64%), who are representing 35+ countries
🎓 13 courses offered in both English and Ukrainian languages
🎓 A commendable 71% successful graduation rate, and
🎓 Over 100 impactful graduation projects showcased.

💡 Also, this semester’s highlight was the launch of ReDI LAB, a space where learning meets application. A winning team even took home a €1,000 prize!
