Pause and Paint – Art in the afternoon 🎨 🌊

Immerse yourself in the flow of creating without the pressure to achieve through employing different techniques and colors.

As spring takes over and summer is on the horizon, let us immerse ourselves in the ocean of colors arising all around. Dive deep into colorscapes of the season and express what comes to mind.

No prior knowledge is needed!

Quality materials provided on site: acrylic, aquarell and water colors, paper, canvas, pencils and brushes.

Registrations are open: Spinal Power - Akasha Training Workshop in May 🌳

About „Spinal Power“
„Spinal Power“ is the first part of a series of Akasha Training workshops. Each workshop has a specific focus and includes an introduction into Universal Ethics which is the foundation of the training – recalling common sense, interdependence to aid to the survival of humanity.
The Spinal Power Workshop will focus on exercises for strengthening the upper part of the body and the spine. They release the blocked power in the spine and shoulder girdle, connecting oneself with the basic strength of the body. During two evenings TK Rinpoche will teach a view, breathing and physical exercises to reconnect with the natural elements. No prior experience is required.

About Akasha Training
Akasha Training is taught by TK Rinpoche both as a preparation to an authentic Buddhist path of practice, and for regenerative purposes. The training includes exercises to connect body and mind.

🌸a new chapter begins🌸
On April 10th, we opened the doors of our new location in Munich. We are happy to have welcomed around 100 guests!
Several booths introduced Akasha Academy:
🎧Listening to Perception and learning how sounds can have a regenerative effect on us.
🍃Getting to know our wide variety of events: creativity workshops, herbal events or Akasha Training, to name a few.
🌏 What are the elements of nature and how do they interact? Meeting the global guardians and coloring our new coloring book!
🍪With some fresh treats out of the recipe book of Artisan bakery in Nepal, guests learned more about our programs there - from education, health promotion to environmental protection.
🌸Then newly founded company VitaSystemic presented itself in the ground floor. a small sneak peek of whats in store.
🐎The evening ended with a lungta ritual held by Buddhist master practitioner, TK Rinpoche, who is also the founder and spiritual head of Akasha Academy.

JOIN OUR PHOTO WALK 📷
🔍 Exploring the world around us through the lenses of a camera sometimes unfolds what we pass by everyday, but tend to overlook.
📷 Our photo walk offers a space to slow down and dedicate some time to explore new perspectives. It takes us to beautiful greeneries in Munich – where we observe and re-discover the natural elements throughout the seasons. This way of naturally focusing on nature can bring body and mind into a state of calmness and reawaken curiosity.
🍃Whether beginner, advanced or just keen to connect with nature in a creative way – this session is open for everyone. As the focus will be on exploring new perspectives rather than techniques, it is recommended to simply bring a mobile phone or a camera you feel comfortable with.

It’s official! 🐺 🌎 👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏼
Die Nürnberger Hundeschule und die .academy haben eine neue Kooperation im Rahmen der Global Guardians und dem Akasha Kinder Malblock gestartet! Der Wolf spielt als Vorfahre des Hundes und Schlüsselspezies eine wichtige Rolle für unsere Umwelt. Warum genau? Das erfahren Kinder im Rahmen der Leseförderung mit 4 Pfoten: indem sie Hunden darüber vorlesen. In der Hundeschule und bei ihren nächsten Veranstaltungen könnt ihr selbst mehr erfahren und den Malblock sichten.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! ✨

Long Yang e.V. is among the Top 10 nominees for the Bavarian One World Award 2026 – and we are very grateful!

Through projects in the areas of women empowerment, education, health, and environment, we were able to directly reach over 1,500 people last year - from internships for young women to school and environmental projects.

Many thanks to Bayerische Staatskanzlei and the Eine Welt Netzwerk Bayern E.V. for the nomination, and to everyone for the inspiring exchange at
the award ceremony.

Congratulations to all the award winners, especially to Camerloher Gymnasium Freising for taking the first place!

We gained lots of new ideas and strong connections and look forward to what’s to come! 🙏

Mit Projekten in den Bereichen Frauenförderung, Bildung, Gesundheit und Umwelt konnten wir im letzten Jahr über 1.500 Menschen direkt erreichen – von Traineeships für junge Frauen bis zu Schul- und Umweltprojekten.

Vielen Dank an die Bayerische Staatskanzlei und das Eine Welt Netzwerk Bayern für die Nominierung und an alle für den inspirierenden Austausch zur
Preisverleihung.

🌺 🇳🇵 Spring Nepal Bazaar 🇳🇵 🌼
Nature is awakening, and our Nepal bazaar opens its doors. Right in the city and easily reachable, it offers space to experience the flair of Nepal and browse for your special item for the beginning of spring.

🍵 Come over for a cup of tea in a calm atmosphere. You can look forward to high-quality scarves, handicrafts made from lokta paper, small gifts made from felt, and incense from our own production.
🌼 You can also purchase our unique jewelry sets, which were created in a women’s handicraft business in Nepal.
✍️ 🎨 Another highlight is our new self designed Akasha Colouring Book for children.

👉🏼All profits from the bazaar will go to the projects of Long Yang NGO.
