Rette Hungrige Kinder Foundation for the children SAVE HUNGRY CHILDREN is a non-profit private organization established in 2009 by Loreta Capinpin Schlieger in the Philippines.

It started as the Capinpin's family urge to share food and provide those who are less fortunate a little happiness during Christmas. It has been always a big deal for the family to cook to feed about 1000 children every year. Out of this simple urge to help, Loreta Schlieger had a bigger dream for these children, why just give them food for a day, when you can help them to have a better future. Th

ere are about 1.5 Million Street children in the Philippines, many of them are abandoned by their parents, physically-, mentally- and even sexually abused. We have a bigger dream for them and we are realizing them. We want to provide the homeless children a home, care for those who are sick, provide them with food, education and people they can call a family. All we want in exchange for from these Kids when they grow up, is continue giving help to the other kids, because children are the future of tomorrow's world.
