I visited the Global GAW station Cape Grim for an audit of the aerosol measurement program. Thanks to Melita Keywood to organize this audit and let feeling me very welcome. I would also like to thank Nigel Somerville and Sam Cleland 😀.

I visited together with Ruhi Humphries the Australian RV Investigator to provide suggestions for possibly improvements of the aerosol instrumental set-up. CSIRO applied to the WMO to accept the scientific atmospheric measurements program of the RV Investigator as a mobile regional GAW site. Here are few pictures showing the RV Investigator, the inlet at the bow, and the permanently installed aerosol instruments inside of the ship.

Dear ACTRIS members,
In 2018, we will continue the "CPC-Round-Robin-Tour". You will get a Reference Condensation Particle Counter (RCPC), which should be used in the ACTIS on-site intercomparison exercise as part of the quality assurance program for your mobility particle size spectrometer (MPSS).
To make this year successful and more transparent regarding shipping and data submission, we developed a new website. Please have a look at it and use this platform from now on.

The Round-Robin-Tour website is an online platform where we can exchange information regarding the Round Robin CPC Inter-comparisons.
