As an independent research institute, we are advocates of sustainable relationships between companies and their customers, employees and partners in the digital age. We help companies to see the world through the eyes of their customers and to align their strategies, processes and systems for delivering unique customer experiences. For achieving this goal,

- we established an international and

interdisciplinary network of researchers and professionals,

- initiate and run consortia research projects on novel aspects in customer relationship management (CRM) in various areas,

- and transfer our experience and knowledge through a set of services (e.g. courses, innovation partnering and prototyping) for companies aiming to evolve their CRM. We support the recognition and diffusion of new technologies for CRM through our innovation lab. Our lab is supported by technology and service providers and serves as a space for companies to experience latest technologies as well as to model and test new application scenarios.
