Today, we pause to honor the strength, resilience, and courage of millions of refugees around the world. People who have been forced to flee their homes due to war, persecution, or disaster—yet still hold onto hope, dignity, and dreams for a better future.

Refugees are not just statistics—they are mothers, fathers, children, doctors, teachers, artists, and neighbors. They bring with them not only stories of survival, but also skills, heart, and humanity that enrich every community they become part of.

Let us stand in solidarity, speak up for justice, and work towards a world where no one is forced to flee, and those who do are welcomed with compassion.
