❗WIR FORDERN VON DER HTWG:❗

• Beendigung der Kooperation mit Rüstungsfirmen, welche mit Israel zusammenarbeiten

• Transparenz und Austausch mit ihren Studierenden und Beschäftigten

• die Prüfung einer Zivilklausel, welche die allgemeine Zusammenarbeit mit Rüstungsindustrie und Militär ausschließt

❗WE DEMAND FROM HTWG:❗

• end the cooperation with firms who are involved with Israel

• transparency and room for discussion about this topic with their students and staff

• consider and evaluate to establish a civil clause, that would prevent any further collaboration with the military industrial complex

Asfour (sparrow) is a tribute to P@lestinian captives in I"sraeli concentration camps.
But it's also about anyone who is oppressed, anywhere.
In the song the singer is talking to a bird.
The bird tells her its story.
That it came from the limits of the sky.
That it went through hardships. Its wings broken, seeking refuge.
The singer tries to comfort the bird.
Tries to give it hope.

Because while they might have money, institutional power and weapons, we have hope.
And we have each other.
