What a weekend! 🌲✨ Our Summer 2026 Klausurwochenende was one for the books. We packed up and headed to a cabin outside of Karlsruhe for a few days of collaboration, strategy, and unforgettable bonding.

Join us for an evening full of paint, creativity, laughter and some good music, while sipping on your favorite drink!

We’ll provide everything that you need to paint and some drinks like beer and some non-alcoholic drinks.

You bring your creative ideas and your own drink in case you want something specific. Feel also free to bring some snacks, a picnic blanket or anything else you need to feel cozy!

🍹🍹Running Cocktail🍹🍹
Meet new people and enjoy delicious cocktails! 🥂

The concept is simple: grab a partner, sign up as a team of two, and get ready for a fun night of apartment-hopping! Over the course of the evening, you will rotate through three different locations, meeting new faces at every single stop.

How does it work?
Every team gets to experience both sides of the event. Out of the three total rounds, your team will host once at your own apartment, and you will be a guest at two other apartments.

Hosting
For your one hosting round, you only need enough space to comfortably fit 6 people (your team + 4 visiting guests). We handle all the math and logistics! Before the event, we will send you a personalized schedule telling you exactly who is coming to your place, where you need to go for your visiting rounds, and the exact times.

Visit other stops
For your two visiting rounds, you will head out to different host apartments. At every stop, the groups are mixed up—meaning you will meet a completely new group of people, taste their unique cocktail creations, and share stories before moving on to the next location.

Get creative!
Whether you mix up a classic margarita or invent a brand-new signature drink, this is your chance to impress your guests. It’s the perfect blend of creativity, socializing, and exploring the city. Cheers! 🍸

After Party 🎉
After the last stop we will meet at a Europabar to party for everyone who doesn’t want the evening to end too early. This is of course totally optional and just a suggestion from our side. 💃🕺🪩

In the tent, you’ll find plenty of tasty beer🍺, lively Schlager music🤘, People with traditional Clothes (Drindls and Lederhosen) and the chance to meet with other participants from ESN sections of other cities in southwest Germany.🥰
