⭐️Jakobs Erfahrungen in einem Jugendzentrum in Warschau⭐️
Seit Beginn meines FSJ hat sich ein fester Alltag entwickelt, in den ich mich immer besser einfinde. Meine Arbeit bei der Arche in
Warschau besteht hauptsächlich darin, die Kinder im Alltag zu begleiten und Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen. Ich spiele mit ihnen, lese
vor oder übe mit einigen Kindern Englisch. Gleichzeitig lerne ich durch die Kinder und mit Duolingo immer mehr Polnisch. Auch wenn
die Sprachbarriere manchmal herausfordernd ist, gelingt die Kommunikation im Alltag oft gut, besonders beim gemeinsamen Spielen.
Mit der Zeit habe ich eine engere Beziehung zu den Kindern aufgebaut. Sie kommen häufiger von selbst auf mich zu, bitten mich
mitzuspielen und beziehen mich in ihre Aktivitäten ein. Neben den normalen Arbeitstagen gibt es auch besondere Aktivitäten und kleinere Ausflüge, die Abwechslung in den Alltag bringen.
Meine Kolleginnen und Kollegen sind sehr offen und unterstützen mich bei meiner Arbeit, lassen mir aber auch Raum, eigene Ideen einzubringen. Dadurch fühle ich mich gut ins Team integriert.

⭐️Jakob's experience at a youth center in Warsaw⭐️
Since the beginning of my FSJ, a fixed daily routine has developed, which I am becoming more and more comfortable with. My work at the Ark in Warsaw mainly consists of accompanying the children in their everyday lives and spending time with them. I play with them, read to them, or practice English with some of the children. At the same time, I am learning more and more Polish through the children and with Duolingo. Even though the language barrier is sometimes challenging, communication in everyday life often works well, especially when we play together.
Over time, I have built a closer relationship with the children. They come up to me more often on their own, ask me to play with them, and involve me in their activities. In addition to the normal working days, there are also special activities and small excursions that bring variety to everyday life.
My colleagues are very open and support me in my work, but they also give me space to contribute my own ideas. This makes me feel well integrated into the team.
