Whether you already have an idea or just the curiosity to create one, this workshop will guide you through:

Enactus Trainingswochenende 2025-
A Weekend of Learning, Leadership & Impact!!

From 14–16 November, two of our Enactus Ingolstadt members Indu and Fenil participated in the annual Trainingswochenende in Mannheim, joining students from 29 Enactus teams across Germany.

This intensive three-day program offered a strong mix of knowledge, practical skills, and community building. Our key takeaways included:

🔹 Innovation & Business Model Development — structuring ideas into sustainable, scalable concepts
🔹 Leadership and Time Management — including methods such as Pomodoro, Eisenhower Matrix & ALPEN
🔹 Impact & Sustainability — integrating SDGs into project frameworks
🔹 Startup & Entrepreneurship Foundations — early-stage idea validation and modeling
🔹 Effective Team Communication & Feedback — enabling healthier, high-performing teams
🔹 Digital Organization Tools — optimizing workflows via Notion & structured team websites

Beyond the sessions, the event provided a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange perspectives, and learn from inspiring Enactus teams across the country.

We’re excited to bring this knowledge back to THI and the Enactus Ingolstadt community as we work toward creating meaningful social impact. 💛
