Career Orientation Course
On the first day of the course, we began with an icebreaker activity to help participants feel comfortable and relaxed, and to encourage them to express themselves freely. We then continued with our presentation, encouraging participants to get to know themselves better and explore their personal identities. We also provided guidance on identifying suitable job opportunities and navigating the job-search process effectively.
On the second day, we focused on how to prepare an effective CV and cover letter. We also discussed how to use AI tools appropriately and effectively during the job application process. Victoria then joined us for a seminar entitled 'How Can I Properly Support My Child and Family While Balancing My Professional Life?', in which participants discussed the challenges of balancing family and professional responsibilities.
On the final day, we put what we had learnt into practice by creating CVs with the participants. This productive, interactive activity allowed everyone to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills, providing a fitting conclusion to the course.

Im dreitägigen Berufsorientierungskurs lernten die Teilnehmerinnen, ihre Stärken und beruflichen Ziele zu reflektieren sowie passende Stellen zu finden. Sie erhielten praktische Tipps zur Erstellung von Lebenslauf und Anschreiben und erfuhren, wie KI sinnvoll im Bewerbungsprozess eingesetzt werden kann. Zum Abschluss erstellten die Teilnehmerinnen ihre eigenen Lebensläufe und tauschten sich darüber aus, wie sich Familie und Beruf gut miteinander vereinbaren lassen. Wir danken unseren Kolleginnen Emine, Stephanie und Viktoriya und unseren Teilnehmerinnen.
