Global Shopping Forum (GSF) is the business generator and networking platform for the larger Travel industry. It brings together top decision-makers, industry experts, and company executives to exchange market insight and share best practices in order to improve their business. Its ultimate goal is to enable retailers and service operators to become a truly global player in their market by learning how to adjust their services to satisfy the needs and expectations of customers coming from abroad. The first Global Shopping Forum event - The "Chinese Travelling Shopper" Roundtable successfully took place on 14 November 2014 in Berlin, Germany. The second event will be hosted by Fraport, Frankfurt am Main, Germany on 6 November 2015.
