Год назад мы объявили опен-кол документальной лаборатории. Нам пришло 75 заявок из 40 городов мира.
В июле 2025-го мы начали работу — больше двадцати участниц, каждая со своим личным архивом, своим жизненным опытом, своим переживанием границ. Сегодня мы рады представить финал этой работы. Больше десяти фильмов, прошедших через весь цикл: от первого вдохновения — через сомнение, стагнацию, усталость — к чему-то живому и настоящему, к честному разговору про миграцию, потерю и поиск, про любовь и прощание с любовью, про личное и политическое. Это первый показ лаборатории, и мы рады провести его в Гамбурге.
После показа — дискуссия с куратор:кой и режиссёр:ками.
Сложно поверить, что весь этот путь пройден, от идеи до финального показа, без поддержки институций, без бюджета. Только желание общего творчества, энтузиазм участн:иц и кураторская работа.
🎨 PERS.DOC. / Frontiers — Final Screening
A year ago, we announced an open call for our documentary lab. We received 75 applications from 40 cities around the world.
In July 2025, we began our work—more than twenty participants, each with her own personal archive, her own life experiences, and her own encounters with boundaries. Today, we are pleased to present the culmination of this work. More than ten films have gone through the entire cycle: from initial inspiration—through doubt, stagnation, and exhaustion—to something alive and real, to an honest conversation about migration, loss and search, about love and saying goodbye to love, about the personal and the political. This is the lab’s first screening, and we are delighted to host it in Hamburg.
Following the screening, there will be a discussion with the curator and the filmmakers.
It’s hard to believe that we’ve come this far, from the initial idea to the final screening, without institutional support or a budget. Just a desire for collective creativity, the participants’ enthusiasm, and the curatorial work.
