🎙 Meet our 2026 Edmund Siemers Lecturer: Dr Dorota Lost-Sieminska!

As Director of the Legal Affairs and External Relations Division at the IMO, she serves as Secretary to the Legal Committee, manages the IMO's depositary functions, and advises governments and organizations worldwide. Before joining the IMO, she directed Poland's Maritime Transport Department and led the Polish delegation to the IMO Legal Committee.
