Boards for Beirut Rnd. III

Beirut. Eine Stadt mit unglaublicher Energie und einer lebendigen, kreativen Jugend. Wie auch bei uns gibt es dort Crews, die DIY-Parks bauen, Street skaten und sich die Stadt durch ihre Leidenschaft zum Skateboarden aneignen.

Doch die Szene in Beirut steht immer vor einer großen Herausforderungen, die wir so nicht kennen: Sie können nicht einach in einen Skateshop gehen oder Online neue Sachen bestellen.

Es ist nahezu unmöglich notwendiges Equipment wie Decks, Achsen, Kugellager und Rollen zu bekommen.

🚨Nachdem wir 2021 vor Ort mit vielen Freund*innen bereits (u.a. Dank eurer Spenden) einen Skatepark gebaut haben, möchten wir weiterhin sicherstellen, dass das Skaten weiterhin für die Menschen in Beirut möglich ist und bleibt.🚨

Deshalb sammeln wir Geld, um neue Decks, Achsen, Rollen und Kugellager nach Beirut zu bringen. An dieser Stelle ein großes Danke a den Keine Sekunde gezögert und direkt ein Paket vorbeigeschick! 🫶

Considering Beirut // Bezüglich Beirut:

Vivaconcrete would to thank like to thank everyone that supported our call to help out the people of Beirut and give a major shoutout to all the hardworking people in Skateboarding that have been pushing the love for skateboarding!

Over a period of 6months we were able with the help of and other individuals to provide over 100 complete Skateboards as well as countless pairs of shoes and clothes for the skaters of Beirut.

The family is extending their project by building a new skatepark in the district of Qweismeh located in East Amman.
They already have 80% of the funding secured. 15k $ are missing.
