A training course focused on inclusion, diversity and meaningful youth participation 💬✨

During the project, youth work practitioners explored practical tools and methods to better engage young people with fewer opportunities, create safe and welcoming spaces and strengthen inclusion in their local communities.

Inspired by European Youth Goals such as Inclusive Societies, Equality of All Genders, Mental Health & Wellbeing and Connecting EU with Youth 🇪🇺

Through shared experiences, learning, and collaboration, participants gained new knowledge, confidence and ideas to bring back to their organisations and communities 🌱

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY IN GERMANY 🇩🇪🇬🇷

Kita Elaphi is looking for a volunteer from Greece for a 12-month ESC project starting in October 2026 in Hagen, Germany!

Join a German-Greek kindergarten team and become part of local and international projects organised by East-West-East Germany e.V. ✨

Requirements:
- Residency in Greece
- Age between 18 and 30 years
- No previous participation in a long-term ESC volunteering project
- Good knowledge of Greek and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Experience in working with children and an interest in spending time with them
- Interest in youth work and project organization

Was für ein schöner Tag! ☀️🔥

Gestern durften wir in den Räumlichkeiten der Caritas Hagen ein gemeinsames Grillfest feiern.

Mit dabei waren viele wunderbare Kinder- und Jugendgruppen, mit denen wir schon seit Jahren vertrauensvoll und auf Augenhöhe zusammenarbeiten 💬🤝

Ein großes Dankeschön an die youngcaritas für die großartige Zusammenarbeit und die Organisation dieses gelungenen Tages!

Es war wunderbar zu sehen, wie viele Begegnungen, Gespräche und neue Verbindungen entstanden sind. Wir freuen uns bereits auf eine Wiederholung ❤️

Mobility of Youth Workers - Let (your) nature take care of you(th) - Part 2

The second part of Let (your) nature take care of you(th) was a real highlight! During the training course, participants created a practical guide for youth workers who support young migrants and refugees.

Mental health support is still strongly stigmatised in many migrant communities. That’s why the project developed a set of accessible activities using nature-, art-, and culture-based methods, tools that youth workers can apply in practice, even without being mental health professionals.

This Erasmus+ training course strengthened concrete methodologies to support integration, well-being and resilience. 🌍✨

At the beginning of January, our project manager Olga joined a Partnership Building Activity in Tallinn, Estonia✨
The meeting brought together 19 organisations from across Europe to build meaningful collaborations, exchange project ideas, and plan new initiatives.
