A mixture of retail, business and residential properties. Very much part of the Avenues area of Hull. Popular shopping area which is well served by the local traders. Well positioned for the city centre which is only a 15/20 minute walk away, the KComm stadium, 10 mins away and the university, again 10 mins way. Also the city crematorium which is situated off Chanterlands Avene North. The YPI sports hall and facilities are also situated on Chanterlands Avenue North.
