"It is my great pleasure to share my happiness with Kinderhilfe Nepal that I was recently awarded two prestigious awards at the Kansas State University.
I was awarded the Naiqian Zhang Graduate Student of the Year 2025-26 and Robinson Family Multicultural Leadership Awardee 2025-26 from the Biological and Agricultural Engineering department, K-State, and K-State Alumni Association for my research and academic excellence and my leadership accomplishments.
This has definitely fueled my passion for what I do while still reminding me how far I have come so far. Having said that, Kinderhilfe Nepal has been an indispensable support in this journey, which aided me during my undergrad when I was struggling with my financial constraints. Thank you so much for believing in me and helping me dream bigger.
At present, I have graduated with my master's degree in Agricultural Engineering from one of the reputed universities in the US with a full scholarship and am pursuing my PhD degree here. Had this organization not been there as my guardian angel when I was at my lowest, I would never have achieved the success that I had dreamt of since childhood.
I will be forever indebted to this organization and all associated, truly inspiring good-hearted people here.
