At planIMPACT, working with, for and through youth, we are committed to fostering a culture of peace and human rights. aims to promote human rights and social awareness, support equality and set an active beacon against any form of discrimination by empowering young individuals and raising their knowledge awareness in different areas. For this, we work to build youth's capacity through training, m

entoring and peace education projects at local and international levels and other volunteering and self-development opportunities. Our projects mainly focus on the topics of peace education and conflict management, equality+ and inclusion of minorities, sustainable development, human rights and global education, and art and digitalization.

Are you interested in peacebuilding, intercultural dialogue, and social cohesion? Do you want to learn how to transform conflicts constructively and challenge prejudice, stereotypes, and "othering" in your community? Then join us!

"Conflictual Potentials – Training Courses on Conflict Transformation and Combating Othering" is looking for 25 youth workers, leaders, activists, educators, and changemakers to strengthen their competencies in nonviolent conflict transformation, intercultural understanding, and combating othering.

Participants will explore practical tools such as conflict analysis, Nonviolent Communication, active listening, empathy, alternative narratives, and intercultural learning, while becoming part of an international network of young peacebuilders.

The training course Critical Lens: Media Literacy for Human Rights, Peace and Tackling Migration Disinformation is finalised! The project brought together 30 youth workers, trainers and educators living in Germany, Poland, France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, Cyprus, and Lithuania — all motivated to strengthen skills to navigate and engage with the digital information landscape critically and become multipliers for more informed, inclusive, and peaceful societies.

For that, the project focused on migration narratives, a topic intertwined with human rights, social cohesion, and democratic values, and further equipped youth workers with skills to mitigate polarised perceptions and disinformation in our societies.

Each step of the process aimed for a clearer understanding of the role of media in shaping perceptions — and how youth workers, educators and trainers can actively join in efforts to promote Media and Information Literacy among young people and others, as well as contribute to more balanced and human rights-based narratives online.

💡 The learning does not stop here!
Critical Lens continues to grow through the actions of its participants! Our participants are now back in their local contexts, translating their experiences into concrete follow-up actions, including workshops, campaigns, podcasts and educational activities, empowering others by making MIL a life competence for their futures and working towards more critical, inclusive and peaceful narratives.

🌈 KA1 Erasmus+ Rainbow the Future! was an international training in Munich that brought together passionate youth workers from Poland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, and Kosovo — all committed to creating safer, more inclusive spaces for LGBTQI+ youth.

Throughout the training, we explored trauma-informed youth work, inclusive online communication, intersectionality, q***r advocacy, and strategies to counter pinkwashing. Each session was a step toward building brave spaces where all young people feel safe, seen, and supported.

But the impact didn’t stop in Munich.

💡 Now, participants are back in their local communities, turning learning into action — launching workshops, campaigns, support groups, and educational events tailored to their contexts. These local initiatives are already making waves across Europe, reaching and uplifting q***r youth on the ground.

And this is just the beginning! We’ll meet again in Gdańsk this September to share outcomes, reflect on challenges, and grow our vision of inclusive youth work even further.
