We are thrilled to welcome Nitharsan Aloysius to our team as the Vice President of HR for our city chapter. Nithan as he prefers to be called is from Sri Lanka and studies Tropical and International Forestry at the University of Goettingen. With a diverse background in volunteering service, Nithan will support the community in recruitment, personnel development as well as a team and organizational development. He has a keen interest in enhanced teamwork and performance appraisal. Nithan’s hobbies are photography and listening to music. Let's show some love🥰 to our new CCVP HR.
