NextGen AI Ambassadors: AI Frontier | Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪

An unforgettable Erasmus+ journey where young people came together to explore the opportunities and responsibilities of Artificial Intelligence in Europe.

From hands-on AI workshops and creative digital production to critical debates on EU AI policy and democracy, participants strengthened their digital literacy, critical thinking and civic engagement. Through theatre, reflection circles and teamwork, they also built confidence, intercultural competence and a strong sense of active citizenship.

Our visits to the Bundestag, WZB Berlin Social Science Center and the Mission AI exhibition at Deutsches Technikmuseum connected theory with real-world policy, research and innovation.

Thank you all for making YASP 2025 such a wonderful experience! ✨ At the Youth Ambassadors Starters Program 2025, young people from Türkiye and Germany gathered in Freiburg to brainstorm project ideas for civil society and bring them to live. Our goal was to create communities that are more vibrant, equitable and driven by the energy of young people building on the german-turkish friendship we all share 🇩🇪🫶🇹🇷

🌟 We kicked off our post YASP catch-up on the 28th and it was filled with inspiration! 📅 After a month apart, fellow YASPers reconnected to share the most exciting news: every project group is on the move and preparing for the next steps. 🚀 So good to see all these faces full of energy, creativity, and drive. The final day of YASP has arrived. Projects were completed, elevator pitches delivered, and short-form videos showcased to promote each idea. After gathering feedback, we reflected on the week in Freiburg and discussed what lies ahead. The day concluded with a farewell celebration and preparations for the next steps.

After kicking off our day with an amazing panel discussion and expert talks on German-Turkish relations, we could not wait to get started with our project groups. In the afternoon, we identified problems and developed solutions so actionable projects can make an impact soon 🌳✨

Today we welcomed Foodsharing e.V. and Fluss e.V. 🌍💬
• With Foodsharing e.V., we talked about creative ways to fight food waste. 🥦🍞
• With Fluss e.V., we explored how to bring more awareness to gender & diversity. 🌈👥 .v.freiburg
Afterwards, we split into groups and headed into Freiburg to discover the city, its history, and its hidden corners together. 🏙️☀️
