The European Journal of Lipid Science and Technology (EJLST) will launch a new Special Issue: "Lipid Oxidation and Antioxidants: Mechanisms, Analytics and Emerging Strategies."

Developed in connection with the 6th International Symposium on Lipid Oxidation and Antioxidants (ISLOA) taking place 12–14 October 2026 at Wageningen University & Research in Wageningen, The Netherlands, this Special Issue brings together cutting-edge research addressing the mechanisms, analysis, prediction, and control of lipid oxidation.

On **22 September 2026**, the Oleochemistry Conference *“From Oils and Fats to Polymeric Materials: Innovations and Applications”* will bring together leading academic and industrial experts at the **Radisson Park Inn in Amsterdam**.
