120 months of projects, events, fundraising, supporting, celebrating, learning, laughing and probably a little bit of chaos too! 😂

3,650+ days of checking in, showing up, approving posts, answering messages and keeping our little corner of the internet going. 📱😂

Thousands of hours of conversations, kindness, support, sisterhood and love shared. ❤️

And countless minutes of reminding each other that we’re never quite as alone as we sometimes feel.

10 years down… and we’re still here, still growing, still laughing, still making things happen and, most importantly, still so glad to be here. 🥹💗

Thank you for joining in with our RDD public projects where we cometogether and raise awareness, this time for women's health. We would love for you to join us again for our Pink October Breast Cancer Awareness Month project.

RDD Admin Afshan Sheikh met ORnella Mikwasa Mikwasa during a work event and had the pleasure of experiencing her incredible energy.

Born in Kinshasa and raised in Germany, Ornella brings together cultures, languages and stories through her music. Her powerful voice and her presence on stage were impossible to ignore, she truly was a force of nature. 🔥

Her work reminds us that integration is not about leaving our roots behind. It is about bringing our stories together, creating connections and making space for one another.

And sometimes, a powerful woman with a microphone can say more than a thousand words. ❤️
