Different languages, traditions, generations and sounds all found their place in Helsingborg during the second part of the World Choir Games 2026.

There was competition, of course. But there was also singing simply for the joy of it, meeting people who share the same passion and celebrating each other along the way.

What a finale for the World Choir Games 2026. ❤️🎶

The Closing Ceremony brought singers together one last time in Helsingborg, with the Festival Stage Choir and the Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra filling the arena with music and giving these Games a fitting final performance.

Then came the moment that connected this ending with what comes next: the World Choir Games flag was officially handed over to Linz, Austria, host city of the 15th World Choir Games in 2027. 🇸🇪🤝🇦🇹

After eleven unforgettable days in Helsingborg, the international choral community is already looking ahead to its next reunion.

Thank you, Helsingborg, for hosting the choral world. ❤️

All Champions of the World Choir Games 2026 have been crowned! 🏆🌍

This morning in Helsingborg, the final medals of The Champions Competition were awarded and the last category winners received the title Champion of the World Choir Games 2026.

These titles mark the culmination of months of preparation and remarkable performances on the international competition stage.

Our warmest congratulations go to the new Champions and to every choir awarded today. What an achievement! 👏🎶

Congratulations to all participating choirs on their achievements and to the Category Winners who received the highest result in their respective categories. 👏

For many choirs, stepping onto an international competition stage is the result of months of preparation and a goal shared by an entire ensemble. Today, that work was recognised.
