As we prepare the 6th edition of Sharodiya, we invite writers, artists, photographers, travellers, food lovers and creative minds of all ages to become part of this special journey. Send us your stories, poems, articles, paintings, photographs, recipes, travelogues or any original work you would love to see published.

She returns every year. But some arrivals feel different.

For six years, Durgaville has been more than a celebration. It has been a promise to keep a piece of home alive in the heart of Germany. A place where the sound of the dhaak, the fragrance of shiuli, the glow of the lights, and the warmth of togetherness remind us that some traditions never fade, no matter how far we are from home.

This year, we invite you to experience the magic.

Not just to attend a festival, but to witness a spectacle that has been imagined, designed, and crafted with love over countless hours. A celebration where every detail has a purpose, every moment tells a story, and every memory is meant to stay with you long after the final dhunuchi dance.

A new idol. A new vision. A season reborn.

We are not ready to reveal everything just yet. But when the final curtains rise this October, we hope you won't just attend another Durga Puja. We hope you'll witness something that will make every devotee's heart feel at home, and every visitor understands why this festival means so much to us.
