There is a dire need for coolers in the shelters in Delhi, where one of our pre-school is based. We bought three of them - which are a indigenous method of cooling in India using wet grass or wood shavings which are kept wet through a simple method of watering using a small pump.

Adharshila pre-school now has a second class and another new teacher. Her name is Rekha Prajapati. She is 19 years old and passed her senior secondary exams last year. She is now pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Rekha has been a student at Adharshila and has now joined the faculty. She lives in Agraa and is the most educated member of her family. She has surpassed the achievements of her elder siblings and plans to study further to become a teacher.

Sandhya Sharma is the new teacher for the Adharshila pre-school. She lives in Agraa, her age is 22, and she passed her higher secondary school examination.
