The example of Moses in our theme scripture is what God expects of us. He wants us to be identified with Him and esteem our calling in Him much more than the wealth, fame and comfort that the world could offer. Your union with Christ is the greatest thing; it’s far greater than anything money can acquire. That’s why it’s important that you know who Christ is in your heart and believe in Him with your spirit.

The knowledge of who you are in Him and your glorious heritage in Him will inspire in you an extraordinary boldness and confidence such that the whole world will mean nothing to you. Pleasing Him in all things, and fulfilling His destiny for your life, becomes all that you care about. Recall the Spirit’s prayer through Paul for the Christians at Colossae: “For this reason…We continually ask God…that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way…” (Colossians 1: 9 - 10 NIV).

Moses didn’t live in Jesus’ day, but he had a revelation of his calling and identity with the saviour, because when you identify with Him, you become a saviour. And that’s what Moses became. The Bible says through him, God delivered (saved) the children of Israel from Egypt. Going to confront Pharaoh to let God’s people go was at the risk of his life but he esteemed that assignment beyond any resultant peril. He was dauntless, forsaking Egypt—the world—and all it represented.

Let nothing matter or mean more to you than living for Christ. The Bible says, “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again” (2 Corinthians 5: 15). Live to please Him. Remember, you’re a saviour from Zion; you were saved to save others. Identify with Him in His passion for soul winning. Esteem His call upon your life—the call to win souls and lead men into salvation—more than the treasures of this world.

Dear Father, I esteem my calling in Christ above all worldly pursuits and live a life worthy of you, pleasing you in every way as I fulfil my purpose to the glory of your Name. ═══════════════════════..Durch Glauben weigerte sich Mose, als er groß geworden war, ein Sohn der Tochter des Pharaos zu heißen. Er zog es vor, mit dem Volk Gottes Bedrängnis zu erleiden, anstatt den vergänglichen Genuss der Sünde zu haben, da er die Schmach des Christus für größeren Reichtum hielt als die Schätze, die in Ägypten waren; denn er sah die Belohnung an (Hebräer 11: 24 - 26).

Das Beispiel von Mose in unserem Themenvers ist das, was Gott von uns erwartet: sich mit Ihm zu identifizieren und unsere Berufung in Ihm viel mehr zu achten als den Reichtum, den Ruhm und den Komfort, den die Welt bieten könnte. Die Verbindung mit Christus ist das Größte; sie ist viel größer als alles, was man mit Geld erwerben kann. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass du in deinem Herzen weißt, wer Christus ist, und von deinem Geist her an Ihn glaubst.

Das Wissen um das, was du in Ihm bist, und um dein herrliches Erbe in Ihm wird in dir eine außergewöhnliche Kühnheit und Zuversicht wecken, so dass die ganze Welt für dich bedeutungslos wird. Ihm in allen Dingen zu gefallen und Seine Bestimmung für dein Leben zu erfüllen, wird alles sein, worum du dich kümmerst. Erinnere dich an das Gebet des Geistes durch Paulus für die Christen in Kolossä: „Deshalb hören wir auch nicht auf, für euch zu beten und zu bitten, dass … ihr des Herrn würdig wandelt und ihm in allem wohlgefällig seid…“ (Kolosser 1: 9 - 10).

Mose lebte nicht zur Zeit Jesu, aber er hatte eine Offenbarung seiner Berufung und Identität mit dem Retter, denn wenn man sich mit Ihm identifiziert, wird man zum Retter. Und das ist es, was Mose wurde. Die Bibel sagt, dass Gott durch ihn die Kinder Israels aus Ägypten befreit (gerettet) hat. Als er den Pharao aufforderte, das Volk Gottes ziehen zu lassen, riskierte er sein Leben, aber er erachtete diese Aufgabe als höher als alle daraus entstehenden Gefahren. Er war mutig und verließ Ägypten - die Welt und alles, was sie repräsentierte.

Lass dir nichts wichtiger sein und nichts mehr bedeuten als ein Leben für Christus. Die Bibel sagt: „...und er ist deshalb für alle gestorben, damit die, welche leben, nicht mehr für sich selbst leben, sondern für den, der für sie gestorben und auferstanden ist“ (2. Korinther 5: 15). Lebe, um Ihm zu gefallen. Denke daran, dass du ein Retter aus Zion bist; du wurdest gerettet, um andere zu retten. Identifiziere dich mit Ihm in Seiner Passion, Seelen zu gewinnen. Schätze Seinen Ruf für dein Leben - den Ruf, Seelen zu gewinnen und Menschen zum Heil zu führen - höher ein als die Schätze dieser Welt.

Markus 10: 46 - 52 erzählt die bemerkenswerte Geschichte von der Heilung eines blinden Mannes namens Bartimäus. Eines Tages, als der Herr Jesus und Seine Jünger die Stadt Jericho verließen, saß Bartimäus am Straßenrand und bettelte. Als er hörte, dass Jesus von Nazareth vorbeikam, begann er zu rufen: „Jesus, Sohn Davids, erbarme dich über mich!“

Viele Menschen um ihn herum ermahnten ihn, still zu sein, aber Bartimäus rief noch lauter: „Sohn Davids, erbarme dich über mich!“ Jesus blieb stehen und rief Bartimäus zu, zu Ihm zu kommen. Bartimäus warf seinen Mantel ab, sprang auf und ging auf Jesus zu. Jesus fragte ihn: „Was willst du, dass ich für dich tue?“ Der Blinde antwortete: „Rabbi, ich will sehen“. Gerührt von Bartimäus' Glauben, sagte Jesus: „Geh, dein Glaube hat dich geheilt“. Sofort empfing Bartimäus sein Augenlicht. Er flehte den Meister an, sich seiner zu erbarmen, und es hat funktioniert.

Aber heute als neue Schöpfung in Christus brauchst du, im Gegensatz zu Bartimäus, nicht zu weinen, zu beten oder den Herrn um Gnade zu „anzuflehen“; du hast Gnade erhalten. Halleluja. Erinnere dich an das, was wir in unserem Themenvers gelesen haben. In Christus ist uns eine Fülle von Gnade zugeteilt geworden, bevor wir überhaupt daran gedacht haben, darum zu bitten. Und wenn du jemals das Gefühl hattest, dass du Seine Barmherzigkeit für irgendetwas brauchst, sagt Hebräer 4: 16: „So lasst uns nun mit Freimütigkeit hinzutreten zum Thron der Gnade, damit wir Barmherzigkeit erlangen und Gnade finden zu rechtzeitiger Hilfe!“

Was für eine bemerkenswerte Wahrheit! Wir sollen nicht um Gnade bitten, wir sollen sie erlangen. Sie wurde uns bereits in Christus zur Verfügung gestellt, und wir nehmen einfach, was uns gegeben wurde. Also, wie viel Gnade willst du heute? Wie viel Gnade brauchst du, und wofür brauchst du sie? Du musst nicht darum betteln; nimm sie dir einfach! Das ist erstaunlich, denn es zeigt uns die Großzügigkeit von Gottes Versorgung. Er hat uns Barmherzigkeit und Gnade geschenkt, bevor wir überhaupt das Verständnis hatten, darum zu bitten. Alles, was wir tun müssen, ist, sie mutig und zuversichtlich anzunehmen.

Lieber Vater, ich freue mich über die überreiche Barmherzigkeit, die ich in Christus erlangt habe, und über Seine überreiche Gnade in meinem Leben, die mich mit allen Dingen ausgestattet hat. TOPIC ✨ DON’T ASK FOR MERCY—OBTAIN IT ✨

═══════════════════════..But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy (1 Peter 2: 9 - 10).

Mark 10: 46 - 52 tells the remarkable story of the healing of a certain blind man named Bartimaeus. One day, as the Lord Jesus and His disciples were leaving the city of Jericho, Bartimaeus was sitting by the roadside, begging. When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth passing by, he began to shout, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"

Many people around him rebuked him, telling him to be quiet, but Bartimaeus shouted even louder, "Son of David, have mercy on me!" Jesus stopped and called for Bartimaeus to come to Him. Throwing off his cloak, Bartimaeus jumped to his feet and approached Jesus. Jesus asked him, “What do you want me to do for you?” The blind man replied, “Rabbi, I want to see.” Moved by Bartimaeus’ faith, Jesus said, "Go, your faith has healed you." Immediately, Bartimaeus received his sight. He pleaded with the Master to have mercy on him, and it worked.

But unlike Bartimaeus, today, as a new creation in Christ, you don’t need to cry, pray or “beg” the Lord for mercy; you have obtained mercy. Hallelujah! Recall what we read in our opening scripture. In Christ, abundant mercy has been given to us before we even thought to ask for it. And if you ever felt like you required His mercy for anything, Hebrews 4: 16 says, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

What a remarkable truth! We’re not told to ask for mercy; we’re told to obtain it. It has already been made available to us in Christ, and we simply take what has been given. So, how much mercy do you want? How much grace do you need, and for what do you require it? You don't have to beg for it; just collect it! This is amazing because it shows us the lavishness of God's provision. He gave us mercy and grace before we even had the sense to ask. All we need is to receive. Hallelujah!

Dear Father, I rejoice in the abundant mercy I’ve obtained in Christ and His superabundant grace which has made me sufficient in all things. THEMA ✨️DIE VOLLSTÄNDIGE VERKÜNDIGUNG DES EVANGELIUMS✨️

═══════════════════════..Von Jerusalem bis nach Illyrien habe ich das Evangelium Christi vollständig verkündet. Es war immer mein Ziel, das Evangelium dort zu predigen, wo Christus nicht bekannt war, damit ich nicht auf dem Fundament eines anderen aufbaue (Römer 15: 19-20, übersetzt aus der englischen NIV).
═══════════════════════
Der Apostel Paulus erzählt uns im Themenvers etwas Tiefgründiges über das Ausmaß seiner Missionsarbeit. Seine Erklärung, dass er das Evangelium „vollständig gepredigt“ habe, bedeutete, dass er die gesamte Botschaft Christi überbracht und bei seinen evangelistischen Bemühungen nichts unversucht gelassen hatte.

Mit anderen Worten, Von Jerusalem, dem Herzen des jüdischen Glaubens, bis nach Illyrien reiste Paulus ausgiebig, um Seelen zu gewinnen, Gemeinden zu gründen und Christen im Glauben zu fördern. Sein Engagement, das Evangelium in Regionen zu predigen, in denen Christus nicht genannt wurde, war von dem Wunsch getrieben, die Unerreichten zu erreichen und den großen Auftrag des Herrn Jesus zu erfüllen, „Darum gehet hin und lehret alle Völker...“ (Matthäus 28,19 LUT).

Paulus verstand die Dringlichkeit der Verbreitung des Evangeliums, da er wusste, dass viele die lebensverändernde Botschaft der Erlösung noch nicht gehört hatten. Später, in Vers 23, bekräftigte er, dass er in diesen Regionen „keinen Raum mehr“ habe, um das Evangelium zu predigen. Es zeigt, dass er die ihm von Gott anvertraute Aufgabe treu erfüllt hatte und nun bereit war, in neue Gebiete vorzudringen. Paulus predigte das Evangelium auf eine Weise, dass die Botschaft Wurzeln geschlagen hatte, „Da ich jetzt aber in diesen Gegenden keinen Raum mehr habe, wohl aber seit vielen Jahren ein Verlangen hege, zu euch zu kommen“ (Römer 15,23).

Eines der bemerkenswerten Dinge, die der Herr uns in diesem Jahr schenkt, ist die vollständige Verkündigung des Evangeliums in allen Nationen. Glaube daran und identifiziere deine Rolle darin. In Matthäus 24,14 sagte Jesus, „Und dieses Evangelium vom Reich wird in der ganzen Welt verkündigt werden, zum Zeugnis für alle Heidenvölker, und dann wird das Ende kommen“. Halleluja!

Lieber Vater, vielen Dank für die Gelegenheit, Teil der großen Mission zu sein, das Evangelium allen Nationen zu predigen. Ich erkläre, dass wir in diesem Jahr erleben werden, wie die Fülle Deiner Botschaft jeden Winkel der Erde erreicht. Christen und Gemeinden auf der ganzen Welt werden durch Deinen Geist bevollmächtigt, mutig Deine Wahrheit zu verkünden, und die Erkenntnis Deines Wortes bedeckt die Erde, wie das Wasser das Meer bedeckt, in Jesu Namen. Amen.

TOPIC ✨ THE FULL PREACHING OF THE GOSPEL ✨

═══════════════════════..So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ. It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else's foundation (Romans 15:19-20 NIV).

The Apostle Paul, in the verse above, tells us something profound about the extent of his missionary work. His declaration that he had "fully preached" the Gospel signified that he had delivered the entirety of Christ's message, leaving no stone unturned in his evangelistic efforts.

In other words, from Jerusalem, the heart of the Jewish Faith, to Illyricum, Paul travelled extensively, winning souls, establishing churches and nurturing Christians in the Faith. His commitment to preaching the Gospel in regions where Christ had not been named was driven by a desire to reach the unreached, fulfilling the Great Commissiongiven by the Lord Jesus to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations..." (Matthew 28:19).

Paul understood the urgency of spreading the Gospel, knowing that many were yet to hear the life-changing message of salvation. Later on, in the 23rd verse of Romans 15, He affirmed that he had "no more place" to preach the Gospel in those regions. It indicates that he had faithfully executed the task entrusted to him by God, and now, he was ready to move on to new territories. Paul preached the Gospel in such a way that the message had taken root: “But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you” (Romans 15:23).

One of the remarkable things the Lord is gracing us to do this year is to complete the full preaching of the Gospel in all nations. Believe this and identify your role in it. In Matthew 24:14, the Lord Jesus said, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." Hallelujah!

Dear Father, thank you for the opportunity to be part of the great commission to preach the Gospel to all nations. This year, we will see the fullness of your message reach every corner of the earth. Christians and churches everywhere are empowered by your Spirit to boldly proclaim your truth, and the knowledge of your Word covers the earth as the waters cover the sea, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

═══════════════════════..And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God (Ephesians 3:19).

Ponder again what we just read; do you realize what it means to be filled with all the fullness of God? That means every part of you—spirit, soul, and body—is completely immersed in God and inundated with God. You’re replete with God. The word "fullness" here is translated from the Greek "pleroma," meaning "replete," indicating a maximum load with nothing left out. Thus, you’re complete, full, and whole in God. You’re filled with the maximum load of God!

In Colossians 2:10, Paul affirms, "And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power." You are "pleroo"—complete in Him. Your whole being, every fibre of your existence, is now replete with Christ. This is the life of the Christian. This reality means that as Christians, we’re united with Christ in such amazing profundity. We’re not only filled with Christ, but we are His body.

Ephesians 1:22-23 further explains this; it says, "And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all." The Church, the body of Christ, is the fullness of Him who fills everything. Christ fills everything, and as the Church, we are the embodiment of that fullness. Christ is in us, and we are in Him. No wonder Ephesians 5:30 says, "For we are members of his body, of his flesh and of his bones."

The Greek word translated members is “melos,” and it means limbs. This speaks of our intimate union and inseparable oneness with Christ. We’re not separate from Him; we’re one with Him. This union is so complete that it removes any possibility of sickness, disease, or failure. I mean, think about it: If you’re replete with Christ, where will sickness or disease come from? How can anything unclean exist in you when the fullness of Christ fills every part of your being?

His life flows in you; this is the true essence of Christianity. Every day, walk in the consciousness that Christ fills every part of your life. He is not just with you, but He’s in you, and you’re in Him. His fullness is your reality, and you’re to live according to that reality.

Dear Father, thank you for revealing to me the truth that I am filled with the fullness of Christ. I am replete with you—spirit, soul and body, being inseparably one with you. Sickness, disease, failure and defeat have no place in my life, because I am complete in Christ. I walk in this fullness every day, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
