Join us September 1–October 31 as we walk for a cause and support Heart to Heart! 💗 Track your steps, promote healthy habits, and join our friendly step-tracking competition.

✨ Participate your way!
• Walk at your own pace and on your own schedule
• Join any of our 8 Walkathon events—attendance is optional
• Track your steps through the AIWCD website
• Set a personal goal and help us reach 1,000,000 club-wide steps! 👟
• Members can register anytime during the Walkathon
• Friends & family are welcome to track their steps too!

With the new school year just around the corner, we’re excited to organize a Back to School Supplies Drive to help the children at SOS Kinderdorf! ✏️🎒

Even the smallest donation — whether it’s one item from the list or a contribution toward several supplies — can mean so much to a child starting the school year. Your kindness truly does make a difference in these children’s and families’ lives, and we’re deeply grateful for every gift, big or small. ❤️

🥾🌿 We did it!

Our AIWCD members conquered the 15 km Scenic Solingen Hike, enjoying beautiful views along the Wupper, peaceful forest trails, and wonderful company every step of the way.

A perfect day spent exploring nature, making memories, and sharing great conversations. Here’s to many more adventures together! 💚

AIWCD members recently had the opportunity to visit SOS-Kinderdorf Düsseldorf, one of the four main charities our club supports, and seeing their work firsthand was truly inspiring.

From children and families facing crisis to young adults and seniors, they’ve created a warm, welcoming community where people can find stability, support, and hope. ❤️

With the new school year approaching, we’re organizing a Back-to-School Supplies Drive to help children start the year with everything they need. More details soon! 📚🎒

Last month we said see you later to a very special member of AIWCD. 💕 As Erica begins an exciting new chapter and moves away this summer, we want to thank her for the incredible dedication, compassion, and countless hours she has given to our community.

Erica has been the driving force behind our Heart to Heart Program, coordinating the donation of handmade heart pillows to hospitals across Düsseldorf, where they bring comfort and support to breast cancer patients during their recovery. Her kindness and commitment have touched so many lives—both within our club and far beyond. ❤️
