💳Important info about ticket payments

We’ve been made aware that in some rare cases, ticket payments via SumUp were accidentally charged twice. This happened when payments were flagged as failed at the infodesk and you were asked to try again.

If this happened to you, please check your credit card statement and get in touch with us at [email protected] if you notice a duplicate charge. (Please provide screenshots).
