The Summary draft rules proposed of KIFA Kurdistan-Israel Friendship Association International e.V. VR.16700
Decided by the founding meeting on 20 November 2010 in Cologne.
§ 1 Name and seat of the association
1st The association bears the name "Kurdistan-Israel Friendship Association e.V"
It uses the acronym KIFA next.
2nd The headquarters of the association is in Cologne - Germany.
3rd it is entered in the register of the Associations. Fiscal year is the calendar year. The purpose of the association is the promotion of tolerance in all areas of culture and international understanding, especially among ethnic groups, all
Religious communities and political organizations if they follow the rules of human rights and humanitarian law, of the Kurdish people and Israeli origin.
2nd The purpose is achieved in particular by:
2.1. Public lectures and events to strengthen mutual understanding and awareness between the Kurdish, Israeli, German but also people from other backgrounds who feel connected to the association's purpose.
2.2. Organization of conferences and congresses with the objective of cooperation of institutions affected countries and to strengthen the Kurdish social and cultural community in all spheres of public life.
2.3. Implementation of cultural events and festivals in Germany, Israel and Kurdistan.
2.4. Support and promote research and education activities, which are generally accepted and certified as such.
2 KIFA Kurdistan-Israel Friendship Association (International)e.V. Eligible projects may be outside of Germany, Israel and Kurdistan, if they meet the club goal.
2.6. Support, promotion and implementation of mother-tongue language courses for all groups Kurdish origin.
2.7. Special support is the establishment of institutions
of Kurdish People origin, to preserve the culture, tradition and
Kurdish special social characteristics, such as hard work, willingness to learn, and the promotion of humanistic values worlds.
2.8. Support economic and social reconstruction of Kurdish
Business, social and scientific institutions and in the planning
and realization of social and ecological future models in particular the promotion of sustainable and diverse family planning.

הקדמה
מטרות שלנו
הוחלט על הקמת הישיבה ב -20 בנובמבר 2010 בקלן.
§ 1 שם מקום מושבו של העמותה
1 העמותה נושאת את השם "ישראל כורדיסטן ו- האגודה לידידות"
היא משתמשת ראשי תיבות KIFA הבא.
מטה 2 של העמותה היא בקלן - גרמניה.
3 הוא נכנס בפנקס העמותות.
שנת כספים היא שנה קלנדרית.
מטרת העמותה היא קידום סובלנות בכל תחומי התרבות הבנה בינלאומית, בעיקר בקרב קבוצות אתניות, כל
קהילות דתיות וארגונים פוליטיים אם הם על פי הכללים של זכויות האדם ושל המשפט ההומניטארי הבינלאומי, העם הכורדי ממוצא ישראלי.
מטרה 2 מושגת בעיקר על ידי:
2.1. הרצאות ואירועים ציבוריים כדי לחזק הבנה ומודעות הדדית בין הכורדים, העם בישראל, גרמניה, אלא גם מרקעים אחרים שמרגישים מחוברים מטרת העמותה.
2.2. ארגון כנסים, קונגרסים עם המטרה של שיתוף הפעולה של מדינות ומוסדות שנפגעו כדי לחזק את הקהילה הכורדית חברתית ותרבותית בכל תחומי החיים הציבוריים.
2.3. יישום של אירועים ופסטיבלים תרבות גרמניה, ישראל כורדיסטאן.
2.4. תמיכה ולקדם מחקר וחינוך פעילויות, אשר מקובלים מאושר ככזה.
2 KIFA כורדיסטאן ישראל האגודה לידידות (בינלאומי)
2.5. הפרויקטים זכאים עשוי להיות מחוץ לגרמניה, ישראל כורדיסטן, אם הם עומדים המטרה המועדון.
2.6. , תמיכה בקידום ויישום של שפת אם קורסי שפה עבור כל קבוצות ממוצא כורדי.
2.7. תמיכה מיוחדת הקמת מוסדות
אנשים ממוצא כורדי, כדי לשמר את התרבות, המסורת
הכורדי מאפיינים חברתיים מיוחדים, כגון עבודה קשה, רצון ללמוד, וקידום עולמות ערכים הומניסטיים.
2.8. תמיכה השיקום הכלכלי והחברתי של הכורדים
עסקים, מוסדות חברתיים מדעיים בתכנון
ומימוש של דגמים עתידיים חברתי אקולוגי בפרט לקידום תכנון המשפחה קיימא ומגוונים.
2.8.1. תמיכה זו נחשבת גם עזרה ותמיכה בשלבי התכנון של תערוכות נושא ואת העיצוב של תופעות פעילויות אינפורמטיבי.
2.9. פיתוח של אנשים יצירתיים ומוכשרים, כגון באמצעות מלגות, פרסים, וכו '
2.10. שיתוף פעולה עם ארגונים מקומיים וזרים עמותות וארגונים בינלאומיים התומכים המטרה של הבנה החליפין מדעית, תרבותית ופוליטית .!!!!!!
