Becoming a successful woman in tech takes more than technical skills. It also takes confidence, personal growth and a strong community. 🌱

That’s why we recognize a Talent of the Month: someone who not only makes progress in her own training, but also supports her cohort and makes campus better for everyone around her. 🤝

This month, we’re celebrating Tisha from Cohort 6. Congratulations, Tisha! Well deserved. 👏🎉

Software and AI training is demanding, but at Groundbreaker, our Talents don’t do it alone. They build their futures together, cohort by cohort. 🚀

To beat procrastination, Martina created an AI-powered system to keep her on track with her tasks, but also keep it enjoyable and interesting with features like brain games, music, and meditation during breaks.

This is not just a to-do list; Nudgely LOCK-IN is designed to help the user stay focused, intentional, and balanced. 😎

We are proud to see our Talents using their skills and AI to simplify the day-to-day. 👏

🎓➡️💼 The next chapter begins.

As our 33 graduates from Cohort 5 prepare to leave campus, 10 have already secured their first jobs in tech!

Every employment offer represents more than a new role. It’s financial independence, new opportunities, and a future shaped by talent, not background.

Congratulations to our graduates as they begin their careers. We can’t wait to see what you’ll build next. 💙

More employment outcomes will be shared in our next Cohort Impact Report. 🚀

With a dream of working in Silicon Valley but held back by financial hardships at home, Burani Patience feared that her tech aspirations might remain out of reach.

Everything shifted when she joined Groundbreaker Talents.😊

Today, Patience works with Refactory Academy as a technical coach for Groundbreaker Talents. Coming back to teach current students is a powerful full-circle moment; she looks at them and sees her own past, standing now as both an example and a guide for their own journeys.

Stories like this are why Groundbreaker exists. If you are a young woman (18-30) ready to launch a career in tech, we are looking for you.
