Rückblick auf das erste Halbjahr 2026 in Chemnitz✨
.

Looking back at the first half of the year 2026 in Chemnitz✨
.
🇬🇧 What a wonderful start to the year! Together, we’ve made music, celebrated, learned, and created new connections.
.
Some of the highlights from the past months include:
🎬 the premiere of our documentary Community Music Chemnitz – A City of Artists
🎻 inspiring workshops with fantastic guest artists, including musicians from Ensemble Resonanz and Konzerthaus Dortmund.
🌸 our large „Flowers instead of Concrete“ parade as part of Hang zur Kultur, following weeks of shared preparations with giant flowers, bees, and music
🎺 the Streetband Sonnenberg performance at Fête de la Musique
.
And that’s only a small glimpse. So much more has happened over the past few months – and our workshops continue next week before we take a short summer break.
.
💬 What has been your highlight of the year so far? We’d love to hear in the comments!
