From 20 July to 4 August, we welcomed 20 young volunteers from Greece, Italy, Bulgaria and Germany*for another international volunteering team project "Meadow Heroes". Together, they worked both at the the Jugendakademie and in the Most & Trester orchard meadow, contributing to nature conservation by building nesting boxes and bee hotels, scything meadows, restoring the pond, and creating the new "Gate to Biodiversity", which now welcomes visitors to the orchard. 🌿🚪🍎
