🎶 More music, more relaxed.

Music can support relaxation, reduce stress and contribute to mental well-being. This is the message behind the CARE - Culture for Mental Health campaign “More arts, more well-being”, encouraging everyone to make arts and culture part of everyday life.

At the European Music Council, this resonates strongly with the theme of the 14th European Forum on Music – Music, Health & Wellbeing, taking place in Timișoara, Romania, from 9 to 12 June 2026.

The Forum will explore how music supports health, strengthens resilience and helps build more connected communities, while also addressing the well-being of musicians and music professionals.

Make arts and culture your habit.
More music, more relaxed.
More arts, more well-being.
