AIESEC Alumni Germany ist Anlaufstelle und Networking-Plattform in einem und bietet seinen Mitgliedern viele spannende Möglichkeiten zum Austausch.

Bereits seit 1964 gibt es den AIESEC Alumni Germany e.V. Bis 1991 arbeitete der Verein unter dem Namen AIESEC Kreis Deutschland (AKD). Der AAG besteht aus ehemaligen AIESECern, die auch nach Ihrer aktiven Zeit die Ziele und Werte von AIESEC in die Gesellschaft tragen und eine Brücke zwischen den ehemaligen und aktiven AIESECern bauen wollen. Der AAG ist Anlaufstelle und Networking-Plattform in ein

em und bietet seinen Mitgliedern viele spannende Möglichkeiten zum Wissens- und Erfahrungsaustausch. Ehrenamtliches Engagement zum Beispiel als Referent, Projektleiter, Trainer, regionaler Alumni-Koordinator oder Vorstandsmitglied ist die Basis unseres Vereins. Der Austausch mit internationalen AIESEC Alumni Gruppen gibt uns wichtige Impulse für unsere Arbeit. Unser wichtigstes Ziel ist der Ausbau des AIESEC Alumni Netzwerkes in Deutschland. Dieses Ziel zu erreichen, bedeutet:

Bei unseren Stakeholdern ein nachhaltig positives Image aufzubauen
Uns zu engagieren, um die Werte von AIESEC zu unterstützen

❄️⛷️ AIESEC Alumni WinterCo 2026 in Österreich bei Pichl in Schladming ❄️⛷️

10 WintersportlerInnen, ein gemütliches Chalet und eine Woche voller Wintersport, Bergidylle und Community. 🏔️

Unser Zuhause für die Woche: ein Chalet mit Whirlpool auf der Veranda mit Blick auf die Berge, Sauna, gemütlichem Ruheraum und einem urigen Wohnzimmer in Holzoptik – der perfekte Ort, um nach einem Tag im Schnee zusammenzukommen.

Tagsüber ging es auf die Piste: 9 Skifahrer:innen, 1 Snowboarderin, Sonnenschein und perfekte Bedingungen.
Zwischen Abfahrten, Bergpanorama und Hüttenmomenten haben wir einfach das genossen, was Winter in den Alpen ausmacht. ☀️

Abends wurde es gesellig: Mario Kart, Mario Party, Kartenspiele, viele Gespräche und viel Lachen. Und ganz AIESEC-typisch saßen einige zwischendurch sogar noch kurz mit dem Laptop da – remote work mit Bergblick. 💻

Was diese Woche besonders gemacht hat:
Wenn AIESECer zusammenkommen, fühlt es sich sofort wie eine alte Freundschaft an.
Gleiche Werte, ähnliches Mindset – und sofort ist die Verbindung wieder da. 💙🌍

Ein besonderes Highlight war das Rodeln am letzten Abend inkl. Absacker auf der Skihütte, nachdem uns das Skidoo auf den Berg gefahren hat. 🛷

Am 31. Januar 2026 möchten wir gemeinsam mit unseren Alumni zusammenkommen, reconnecten und einen Abend schaffen, der ganz im Zeichen von Community, Leadership und dem AIESEC Spirit steht.

Die AGM richtet sich besonders an unsere Alumni – mit Raum für Austausch, Networking und neue Verbindungen zwischen ehemaligen und aktiven AIESECern. Lasst uns gemeinsam zurückblicken, nach vorne schauen und AIESEC in Paderborn aufleben.
